In our easy exchange and return portal, you can exchange the product you ordered for a different size or another product free of charge. When you choose return for the gift card, you save the return cost (€7.00) and you also get 10% extra on the amount to be returned.
If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, remember to put your invoice in pause mode. You can find instructions here. Please wait for the return to be processed and refunded by us, in which case the Klarna invoice will be updated automatically. However, if you decide to return the product and choose a refund for a gift card, remember to pay the original Klarna invoice.

Exchange and return conditions
All of our products have a 14-day exchange and return right from receipt of the goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Product exchange is free of charge the first time. Products to be returned must be in their original condition, i.e. saleable and unused. Please return the product in its original packaging. For returns, we charge return costs of EUR 7.00 per shipment. For foreign orders, the customer is responsible for return costs.
Payments for returns are handled via Paytrail. In account payments, Paytrail sends an email request for the account number, after which the money is returned to the account within a few business days. When paying with a credit card, the money is returned directly to that card.
You can send the returned and exchanged products to us as a customer return to the address below. Please fill out the exchange and return form that came with the order so that exchanges and returns can be processed as quickly as possible. We do not accept returns more than 14 days after receiving the package.
Returns:
Select the products to be returned in the portal at the same time as you make any exchanges. You can choose to return the money to the original payment method or to a gift card.
The money for the returned products will be refunded or a gift card will be sent when the return shipment has arrived and been processed at our warehouse. We process returns after they arrive at our warehouse within a maximum of 14 days.
Sending via Posti is free of charge, return costs and possibly delivery costs are taken into account in the refund amount. Please remember to keep the return receipt. The processing time for customer returns is about two weeks, but we strive to process returns as quickly as possible.
The customer is responsible for the reduction in value of the introduced product, and we will deduct from the amount to be refunded an amount that corresponds to the reduction in value of the product compared to the original value of the product in question. If the product is unsaleable due to use, the customer is responsible for the entire value of the product.
